Welcome to the 'Check your performance measures data' help centre.

The Check Your Performance Measures Data (CYPMD) Help Centre is where you will find the latest information regarding the key stage 2 (KS2), key stage 4 (KS4) June, KS4 Autumn and 16 to 18 Autumn checking exercises and performance measures data sharing for the 2023/24 academic year. Please check this page on a regular basis for updates.

16 to 18 Autumn Checking Exercise Latest Information

Revised 2024 16 to 18 performance data is due to be published at 9:30am on Thursday 13 February 2025 here. You can view your revised data, in advance of publication here.

This information is being provided to you in advance, in confidence and on the condition that it is not released to other persons outside of your school or college before 9:30am on Thursday 13 February 2025.

This data reflects:

• Add student requests, student removals and merge student requests accepted during the 2024 16 to 18 Autumn Checking Exercise.
• Late results/re-marks for your school or college received up to 1 November 2024 for students already triggered for inclusion.

Any grade changes/re-marks received after this date for students already allocated to your school or college will be included in final data published later this year.

Decisions for Autumn student removal requests can be found on the ‘Your students details’ page of the CYPMD portal.

Newly Triggered Students

Your school or college’s results CSV file on the CYPMD portal will now include previously missing qualifications. These additional results may have introduced new students to your data or may cause previously untriggered students to become triggered and therefore included in performance measures.

If your school or college has newly triggered students, we will have sent you an email on 3 February with further information.

Results

Result enquiries received during the Autumn checking exercise have been reviewed and we have shared details of missing/incorrect grades with Awarding Organisations (AOs).

AOs have until Wednesday 12 February 2025 to provide us with any outstanding late results/re-marks. Any further late results/re-marks received by this date for students already triggered for inclusion will be reflected in final data to be published later this year.

16 to 18 Value Added Data

A revised value added CSV file is now available on the CYPMD portal which includes A level, Academic, Applied General, Tech Level cohorts and corrected prior attainment scores.

Key Stage 2 Latest Information

Revised 2024 KS2 performance data was published at 9:30am on Thursday 12 December 2024 here. You can view your revised data on the CYPMD portal here.

Decisions for September pupil removal requests can be found on the ‘Your pupil details’ page of the CYPMD portal.

KS4 Autumn Checking Exercise Latest Information

KS4 provisional data was published here at 9:30am on Thursday 5 December 2024. You can view this data on the CYPMD portal here.
