Welcome to the 'Check Your Performance Measures Data' Help Centre.
The Check Your Performance Measures Data (CYPMD) Help Centre is where you will find information regarding the key stage 2 (KS2), key stage 4 (KS4) June, KS4 Autumn and 16 to 18 Autumn checking exercises and performance measures data sharing for the 2024/25 academic year. Please check this page on a regular basis for updates.
From here you can:
- View all comms for the 2024/25 academic year;
- Find out how you can contact the CYPMD Helpline if you need further advice;
- Access all checking exercise guidance documents, these will be available prior to each checking exercise;
- Access a link to the CYPMD portal, to view your 2023/24 revised performance data;
- 2023/24 final data will be published here: Compare school and college performance data in England.
You should always refer to this help centre if you need advice or have a query. If after reading the information here, you still have a query please raise it with the CYPMD Helpline using the details in the contact us section below.
2025 Checking Exercises
The schedule for the 2025 school and college checking exercises will follow similar timescales to previous years as follows:
- Key Stage 4 June Checking Exercise - June 2025;
- Key Stage 2 September Checking Exercise - September 2025;
- Key Stage 4 Autumn Checking exercise - October 2025; and
- 16 to 18 Autumn Checking Exercise - October 2025.
CYPMD Communications
We will continue to send all CYPMD communications to the headteacher/principal. If additional people within your school or college would like to receive future communications about the CYPMD service including details on timings and guidance for the 2025 checking exercises they can opt-in by sending a message and selecting the option ‘I want to sign up to receive CYPMD email updates’.
Supporting Information
To help schools and colleges submit appropriate amendment requests during the 2025 checking exercises we have summarised the requests submitted during the 2024 checking exercises, alongside common reasons why some amendment requests were unable to be accepted. The checking exercise requests summary documents are available in the further guidance section for the relevant key stage below.
To increase the likelihood of amendment requests being accepted we strongly recommend that you read the relevant document before you make any amendment requests.

KS4 and 16 to 18 results enquiry form
Queries raised during the autumn exercises have been reviewed and reported to the Awarding Organisations. It is no longer possible for further queries to be processed and included in the final data.
If you still wish to send a message about results data shown on the CYPMD portal any queries raised will be used to inform improvements for the 2024/25 cycle
